Video Interview w/ Danica Patrick-what changes I would like in my car and what car I enjoy driving on the street.
Danica Patrick A young woman going places fast.
By the numbers and accomplishments. Age 25 Indy Racing League starting her 4th year of Indy competition, now with Andretti Green Racing in Motorola #7.
She is the first woman to lead the Indy 500 in 2005 with 15 laps in a very competitive race. Danica received the Bombardier Learjet 2005 Rookie of the Year. In 2007, she achieved 4 top 5 finishes and placing second overall in the Belle Isle Michigan race. During her career, she has consecutively placed among the top10 finishers in the Indy 500. In 2008, she’s one of the fastest qualifiers of the Homestead-Miami season opener starting March 29 and is excited about the 2008 sixteen race season.
Danica is also becoming savvy about racing and the sports business. She views the reunification/expansion of the Indy series with Champ Car as very positive for racing teams, the fans and attracting more sponsors.
It will be a winning opportunity for the sport but there is a lot of hard work ahead for everyone.

In 2008, he’ll compete in the IRL series including the Indy 500 against the Rahl Letterman Racing team. His dad Bobby Rahl will be trying to win but is candidly a bit nervous his son is competing on the high speed ovals
